Something new is coming soon, and this one is very personal to me.
I’m getting ready to launch a podcast called The Flash of Life — a space where I’ll be talking honestly about photography, faith, epilepsy, identity, caregiving, and everyday life.
In other words, the things that have shaped my life both behind the camera and beyond it.
As a photographer, the word flash naturally connects to my work. But it also reminds me how quickly life can shift. Sometimes all it takes is one moment to reveal something important — truth, beauty, pain, purpose, hope, or even a new beginning. That is part of the heart behind this podcast.
The Flash of Life will be a place for real conversations. Some episodes will be personal. Some will be reflective. Some will be practical. But all of them will come from lived experience.
I’ll be talking about what it means to live as a creative person in a complicated world. I’ll be talking about faith not as something polished and perfect, but as something lived out in the middle of real life. I’ll be talking about epilepsy, disability, resilience, identity, dignity, and the quiet weight of everyday responsibilities that many people carry without much recognition.
I’ll also be talking about photography — not just as a business or an art form, but as a way of seeing people, honoring their stories, and finding meaning in the moments that might otherwise be overlooked.
The first few episodes will introduce the heart behind the show and explore some of the themes that matter most to me. I’ll be sharing why I started the podcast, how faith and photography connect in my life, what it means to live with epilepsy, and why identity, dignity, and honest storytelling matter.
This podcast is not about pretending to have all the answers.
It is about showing up honestly.
It is about making room for conversations that are thoughtful, human, and real.
And right now, that feels more important than ever.
The Flash of Life is coming soon, and I’m excited to finally share it.
Thank you for being here at the beginning.
More details, episode updates, and launch information will be shared soon.
